What you are buying

A thirty-day structured yoga program — posture, breath and meditation — delivered through the Nirvana app, plus access to me through Ask, which I answer personally within 48 hours on working days. One payment of $3,000. No subscription, no renewal. Access does not expire.

What it is not

Nirvana is not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a clinician who knows your history. Ask is a teacher answering a practice question, not a clinician giving medical advice.

Your wearable is a consumer device, not a medical instrument. Nothing in the app should be used to make a medical decision.

Practising safely is a shared responsibility

Mine: to give you clear instructions, to name the contraindications specifically rather than vaguely, and to tell you when to stop. Yours: to read them, to take them seriously, to get a clinician's view if any apply to you, and to stop when your body says to. Please do not practise through pain.

You confirm you are 18 or over and that you have read the safety information shown before your first session.

Your account

It is yours alone — please do not share access. Content in the app is mine and is licensed to you for your own practice, not for redistribution or teaching.

If I get something wrong

If the service fails you, the most I can owe you is what you paid. That is the limit of my liability, except where the law does not allow it to be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, which is never excluded.

Ending it

You can stop whenever you like; refunds are covered here. I may close an account that shares access or abuses the Ask channel, and will refund the unused balance if I do.

Changes

If these terms change materially, you will be told in the app before the change applies to you.

Drafted to be accurate and readable rather than exhaustive, and not reviewed by a lawyer. Governing law and dispute venue are deliberately left out until Cibi confirms the operating entity and jurisdiction — filling those in wrongly is worse than leaving them open.
