Nirvana

Refunds

Last updated 4 August 2026

Nirvana costs $3,000, once. That is a lot of money, and the honest thing is to say plainly what happens if it turns out not to be for you.

Fourteen days, no questions

Ask for a refund within fourteen days of purchase and you get all of it back. You do not have to justify it, and you do not have to have finished anything. Email cibichess@gmail.com and it is processed within five working days.

Fourteen days is deliberately half the program. Long enough to know whether the practice suits you — the first two weeks are where that becomes obvious — and short enough that it is not a way to take the whole thing for free.

After fourteen days

The program stays yours permanently and there is no automatic refund. If something has genuinely gone wrong — you were injured, the product did not work, I did not hold up my end — write to me anyway. I would rather sort it out than have you feel taken.

If you are told not to practise

If a clinician tells you this practice is not appropriate for you, you get a full refund whenever that happens, inside fourteen days or outside it. You should not be out $3,000 for taking medical advice.

Bought through the App Store

Purchases made inside the iOS app are refunded by Apple, not by me — Apple handles the money and their policy applies. Use reportaproblem.apple.com. Purchases made on the web are refunded directly by me under the terms above.

The fourteen-day window is a commercial decision, not a legal requirement, and Cibi may want a different number. Your statutory rights — including the fourteen-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK — apply on top of this and are not reduced by it.
